- What should my child wear to gymnastics?
We recommend girls wear a body leotard (without an attached skirt) or shorts and T-shirt. We recommend boys wear a T-shirt and elastic waist shorts. Participants should not wear buckles, belts, or zippers or jewelry. All participants must be in bare feet for safety reasons. Hair must be pulled away from the face into a ponytail with an elastic band.
- What are the benefits of gymnastics?
Gymnastics is one of the best sports a child can ever experience because it builds strength, balance, co-ordination, flexibility, muscle-tone and a general boost to overall fitness. Gymnastics teaches self-confidence, body awareness and discipline. It also encourages athletes to set and achieve personal goals. One of the best cross-training sports in the world, gymnastics provides many wonderful building blocks that lead to and provide support for other sports. It’s also satisfyingly fun!
For more information, read Parent Resources, courtesy of Gymnastics Ontario.

We post a new schedule for every session which explains session dates, class times and fees. See our session page for more info.
- What is the G.O./Admin membership fee? What does it cover and how long is it valid?

This fee ensures every member and club is covered by liability insurance as well as accident medical coverage.
