Let us host your special event!

Join us and let’s party at Dynamo! Book a party with Dynamo and let your special someone and his or her guests spend one hour of active play on gymnastics equipment, including bars, beam, floor and trampoline under the supervision of our certified friendly coaches. Adult guests can watch all the action and excitement from the large windows in our comfortable viewing lounge. Gym time is followed by 45 minutes of exclusive use of our party room. Cups, plates, cutlery, napkins, and a helium balloon centrepiece are all included and our dedicated party host will clean up for you! Each guest will receive a helium balloon takeaway.

Standard Package

Cost $200 + HST

Includes guest of honour and up to 9 guests (10 participants total)
Participants must be aged 4-12 years old
Payment required at time of booking

Includes:

1 hour in gym instruction with certified coaches
Dynamic play on bars, beam, floor, trampoline and foam pit
45 minutes in play room with dedicated party host
Decorated party room includes cups, plates, cutlery, napkins and balloon centre piece
Dynamo cleans up for you!

Extra Guest Package

Cost $75 + HST

Includes all the fun of the standard package PLUS up to 6 more guests! (16 participants total)
Participants must be aged 4-12 years old
Confirmation required 1 week prior to the party date
Payment required day of party

The Fine Print

General:

Waiver required for participation
Party invitations provided (fillable PDF by email)
Up to 2 children under the age of 4 allowed with guardian participation

Cancellations:

50% refundable; notice at least 2 weeks prior to party date required

Reservations:

Guest count needs to be confirmed 1 week prior to party date

FAQs

What to wear and bring

Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing without skirts, zippers or buttons. Please be aware of shirts that may cover the face when upside down. Participants may wear a gymnastics leotard but not required. Long hair must be tied back and no socks or shoes are permitted for in-gym activities. Water bottle recommended.

Why is a Waiver Required

There is a potential risk of injury involved in participating in any sport. The provincial association has worked to create a safe and controlled environment for participation. The club / organization has established rules for participation and conduct on and about the gymnastics area that must be followed.

Can Parents/Guardians Watch

Absolutely! Parents/guardians are welcome to watch from the viewing lounge.

What is the Photo Policy

Photos are permitted in the party room. Staged photos in the gym are available upon request.
