For athletes who want to improve faster and perform with confidence, private and semi-private lessons offer a level of focus and customization that group classes simply cannot match. Led by certified gymnastics coaches with a deep commitment to proper technique and safety, these sessions are designed to unlock measurable progress in the shortest amount of time possible.
Each lesson is tailored to the individual athlete – whether they are a dancer refining aerial awareness, a figure skater improving jump dynamics, or a cheerleader mastering tumbling passes. Our coaches bring, not only gymnastics expertise, but a broad understanding of cross-training across multiple sports! This means every correction, drill and progression is purposeful and directly transferrable to the athlete’s primary discipline.
Instead of waiting for turns or following a generalized plan, athletes receive continuous feedback, targeted skill breakdowns and progressions built specifically for their goals! This leads to faster skill acquisition, safer execution and greater independence – allowing athletes to confidently incorporate new skills into solos, routines and/or competitive performance.
Semi-private lessons add the benefit of shared motivation and collaboration, while still maintaining a high level of individualized attention!
As a result, there is more progress in less time, fewer bad habits, reduced risk of injury and a clear path to leveling up!

- Level 3 Coach: $55/hr
* HST applies to all fees. Non-members are required to pay additional $40 insurance fee to participate. (Paid once during the gymnastics year, July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027)
Important: A penalty fee will be charged for those who do not show for booked private lessons without 24 hours notice of cancellation.
