Osteopathy is a holistic manual therapy based on the philosophy that structure is highly integrated with function. As such, osteopathic therapies aim to help speed recovery and improve overall health through improving blood flow and ensuring proper alignment throughout the musculoskeletal system.
About Ellen
I have always had a passion for caring for others and
helping them achieve their full potential. As such, I pursued
my Masters in Osteopathy from the Canadian Academy of
Osteopathy in 2022, followed by my Graduate Diploma in
Animal Osteopathy in 2023.
As a mom who had three children very active in athletics, I
am still very involved in working with athletes. There is
nothing more inspiring than helping others recover quicker,
feel more balanced and ready to work hard towards their
goals!
Additionally, I have always been a huge animal lover. This
motivated me to pursue further education into osteopathic
therapies for our furry friends as well. I have had the
pleasure of treating a multitude of animals from dogs, cats,
horses and even a duck!
