CLASS DESCRIPTION AND SCHEDULE

We are happy to offer you a full spectrum of programs for all ages!

Tiny Tots: Girls/Boys (12 months – 24 months with parent assistance)
Class ratio – 8:1 (55 mins/wk)
This coach-led class leads parents and toddlers through activities developing movement and gross motor skills. Builds confidence in the gym through positive interactions with coaches and peers. Parents are required to accompany their child in the class and have them within an arms reach at all times (1 parent per child only please) Due to insurance and safety restrictions, siblings or babies in body carriers or seats are not permitted in the gym.

Parent and Tot: Girls/Boys (2 yrs – 3 yrs – with Parent assistance)
Class ratio –8:1 (55 mins/wk)
Build bonds between parent and child. Coaches guide parents and tots as they explore our “just for kids” equipment specially designed to promote balance, coordination, flexibility, and of course, fun.
Parents are required to accompany their child in the class and have them within an arms reach at all times (1 parent per child only please) Due to insurance and safety restrictions, siblings or babies in body carriers or seats are not permitted in the gym.
Junior Kindergym: Girls/Boys (3 yrs or turning 3 yrs in the first half of the session – with Parent assistance)
Class Ratio: 6:1 (55 min/wk)

This program is for meant athletes who are having ‘transitional troubles’. The program allows for a slower paced progression to independence in the gym.
This program Begins just like or Parent Tot program creating a comfortable introduction to the coach and class. As the session progresses the parent/guardian and coach build a sense of confidence and independence that is right for each athlete. At approximately the half way point of the the session, and only when the athletes are 3, the coach will begin to instruct the parent/guardian on next steps to stepping away from the class. The last 3/4 weeks of the session will resemble our Kindergym program allowing the athlete to feel confident and prepared for registration into a Kindergym program for the next session.


Kindergym: Girls/Boys (3 to 5 years) 
Class Ratio: 6:1 (55 min/wk)
Teaches fundamentals of gymnastics using our “just for kids” equipment. Coaches guide gymnasts through weekly curriculum-based lessons. This class fosters a positive self-image and independence in a fun and safe environment.
Senior Kindergym: Girls/Boys (5 to 6 years)
Class Ratio: 8:1 (1 hr 25 min/wk)
A great transition from Kindergym into the Girls or Boys gymnastics classes. Teaches the fundamentals of gymnastics to promote flexibility, coordination, balance, and strength. With increased time in the gym, these young athletes have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge of gymnastics.
Girls: Girls (6 years-9 years) Class Ratio: 8:1 (1 hr 25 min/wk)
Teaches fundamentals of gymnastics using our “just for kids” equipment. Coaches guide gymnasts through weekly curriculum-based lessons. This class fosters a positive self-image and independence in a fun and safe environment.
Teen Girls: Girls (10 years-plus) Class Ratio: 8:1 (1 hr 25 min/wk)
Teaches the fundamentals of gymnastics and offers opportunities for skill progression on the floor, vault, uneven bars, beam, in-ground trampoline, and Tumble Trak. Coaches guide gymnasts through curriculum-based lessons and structured levels.
Boys/Teen: Boys (6 years-plus) Class Ratio: 8:1 (1 hr 25 min/wk)
Teaches boys the fundamentals of gymnastics and offers opportunities for skill progression on the floor, vault, bars, rings, in-ground trampoline, and Tumble Trak. Coaches guide gymnasts through curriculum-based lessons and structured levels.

Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Classes

Recreational Tumbling: Girls / Boys (7 yrs and up)
(1.5 hr/wk) Class Ratio: 8:1
A popular program for cheerleaders, dancers, and all gymnasts who want to improve and specialize their tumbling and have some previous experience. This class helps develop strength and power by emphasizing correct technique and body positions.
Intermediate Tumbling: Girls/Boys (7 yrs and up)
(1.5 hr/wk) Class Ratio: 8:1
For athletes who have mastered fundamental skills of tumbling and are ready for a challenge. Teaches technique-driven skills and develops an independent work ethic through a goal-oriented learning environment.

Ninja Gym: Girls/Boys (6 – 9 yrs)
Class Ratio: 8:1 (55 mins/wk)
This thrilling program fuses the highlights of Ninja obstacle course athletic training and gymnastics tumbling. This program features brand-new state-of-the-art Ninja-style equipment.

Advanced Classes for Girls and Boys: (multiple classes per week)

Advanced Kindergym: Girls/Boys (3 – 5 yrs)
Class Ratio: 7:1 (1 hr 25 min/wk)
A great next step for gymnasts with previous gymnastics experience but just can’t get enough. Expands upon the fundamentals of gymnastics working toward building skills on all equipment.

Advanced Kindergym 1: Girls (4 – 6 years)
(1 hr 25 min – twice per week) Class Ratio: 6:1
Enables girls to build upon fundamental gymnastic skills and promotes progression by building “Smart Strong Skills”.

Advanced Girls Gym: Girls (6 years and up)
(3 hrs/wk) Class Ratio: 8:1
For athletes who have mastered fundamental skills and are ready for a greater challenge. Designed to teach technique driven skills and develop an athlete’s independent work ethic.
* Assessment required to join this program.

Advanced Girls 1: Girls (6 years and up)
(4 hrs/wk) Class Ratio: 8:1
Dedicated to athletes who have a strong background in fundamental gymnastics. Athletes display continuous drive, focus and commitment to obtaining skills that require proper body positions, strength and time to achieve. Advanced coaches help develop individualized programs for each athlete.

Advanced Girls 2: Girls (6 years and up)
(6 hrs/wk) Class Ratio: 8:1
For girls who are ready for the next stage in their gymnastics journey. Promotes progression by building “Smart Strong Skills”. Athletes focus on creating technically sound and smooth transitions between skills. Athletes prepare mentally and physically to link difficult skills together with power and precision. (Advanced Girls 1 is a prerequisite).

Advanced Girls 3: Girls (6 years and up)
(8 hrs/wk) Class Ratio: 8:1
For experienced gymnasts with an interest to achieve more. Building on strong fundamentals, athletes consistently demonstrate smooth, precise transitions that encourage strength, power and the ability to perfect skills through error detection and correction. (Advanced Girls 2 is a prerequisite)

Advanced Tumbling: Girls/Boys (7yrs and up)
(2 hrs/wk) Class Ratio: 8:1
A popular program ideal for dancers, cheerleaders and gymnasts who have experience in tumbling but want to advance skills. Emphasis on developing strength, power and correct technique.
