Covid-19 Response Update: Remainder of Fall Classes Cancelled

Hello Fall Session families,

It is with a heavy heart we are contacting you today to advise you we have come to the difficult decision to cancel the remainder of our Fall Session classes.

Despite valiant efforts to keep recreational programs running as scheduled, this endeavour is simply not feasible due to restrictions required under Ontario’s COVID-19 Response Framework Red-Control category, which only permits 10 people per facility.

While we did consider virtual Zoom programs as an option, we believe our members find better value in the experience of safely engaging in coach-led classes on approved equipment in our facility.

We know you are disappointed our Fall programs have been cut short. We are, too. But we are supportive of any efforts to help quickly reduce cases of Covid-19 in our region in anticipation of brighter days ahead next year.

Rest assured our team is still working hard to celebrate achievements our gymnasts made during our Fall Session. Our coaches had already completed testing before cancellation of classes, and we are in the process of completing report cards and certificates. Report cards and certificates will soon be emailed to each gymnast.

Credits will automatically be placed on Dynamo family accounts for all classes missed in the Fall Session, credits which can be used toward any future fees or purchase of merchandise, including Dynamo branded gymnastics items to put under the Christmas tree. Credits will not expiry and can be used by any family member.
